LODGING:
We have blocked rooms at two Davis hotels. To avail the conference rate, bookings must be made by Monday, May 25th. Check in is June 25th and check out is June 28th, 2026.
The Aggie Inn (25 blocked rooms) is right next to campus with slightly higher nightly rates. The nightly room rate is $171.14/night before taxes. Parking is available on location and is included in the nightly rate.
The University Park Inn and Suites (15 blocked rooms) is a bit further (about a 15-minute walk), but with lower rates. The nightly room rate is $129.00/night before taxes. Parking is available on location and is included in the nightly rate.
The last day for attendees to book through these links at these rates is May 25th.
Attendees may also make their own hotel reservations. There are several hotels in Davis, including Hyatt Place on campus and Best Western, University Lodge, which is off campus and walking distance to the main campus.
