We look forward to welcoming you to UC Davis. We have a full slate of papers and several first time presenters at CSRI. We look forward to yet another collegial, stimulating and warm CSRI.
UC Davis will provide all the meals for the duration of the conference. This includes dinner on Thursday night; breakfast, lunch, and dinner on Friday; breakfast, lunch and dinner on Saturday; breakfast and boxed lunches to go on Sunday. Boxed lunches will be available by 11:30 am on Sunday for those who need to leave early. We will circulate a Google-form requesting your preferences and to get an accurate headcount for catering.
The conference will offer vegan and vegetarian food. We will not be serving alcohol at this event.
All presenters are requested to limit their presentations to 20-minutes with 10 minutes immediately following the paper for Q&A. As we have a packed schedule, we will strictly enforce time limits so as to not impact other presenters. The panel Chair will signal the presenter when their time is up. When so signaled, presenters are respectfully asked to conclude their presentations. The panel Chair will moderate the discussion.
The conference room is equipped with AV. Please bring your laptops with you and any hookups that you may need. We also request that you bring your PowerPoint, if you have one, on a memory stick.
